Step into the story of the Reformation on this unforgettable journey through Switzerland and Germany, visiting the places where history, faith, and Scripture intersected to shape the Church. From Geneva and the legacy of John Calvin to Zurich and Huldrych Zwingli, Strasbourg, Heidelberg, Worms and Martin Luther’s famous “Here I Stand,” you’ll experience the cities, churches, castles, and historic sites connected to the Reformers. Visit Halle, the birthplace of Pietism. Walk through Wartburg Castle, where Luther translated the New Testament into German, explore Erfurt and Wittenberg, and discover the places where Luther’s life and ministry began and ended. Hosted by Professors Bob Eby and Lisa Millen of Evangel University in partnership with the Center for Holy Lands Studies, this 11-day journey will bring the history of the Reformation to life while deepening your appreciation for the faith, courage, and convictions that helped shape Protestant Christianity.
