The Bible Lands Study Program is designed specifically for students, educators, and anyone desiring a more intense and comprehensive learning experience in the lands of the Bible. You will explore your faith and study the text of Scripture within its geographical, historical, and cultural context, as well as interacting with world-renowned scholars including archaeologists and historians.

In Turkey you will step back 2,000 years into the world of Asia Minor. Encounter the spread of the gospel. Gain a deeper understanding of the letters to the seven churches of revelation as you visit sites such as Ephesus, Laodicea, Smyrna, Sardis and more. Learn the challenges that the early church faced and how God's message applies to your life today.

This trip will have days that are physically demanding due to excessive heat, hiking, walking for long distances.

Course Credit

A number of AG schools are providing course credit for this program. Please contact your school registrar's office or Bible/Theology Department to find out how to pursue credit. If your school does not offer credit for this program or you are not currently enrolled in a degree program, please contact our office at info@thechls.org.
